“MABASH LUCKY SCRATCH” COMPETITION RULES

TYPE : competition with prizes.

The competition is governed exclusively by these terms of participation. Any

Violation of these terms will result in the immediate exclusion of the participant.

DURATION : From October 15, 2025 to November 15, 2025

TERRITORIAL SCOPE : the competition is valid for the whole Italian territory and takes place

EXCLUSIVELY through the website www.mabash.it

VALUE OF PRIZES : The indicative value of the total prize pool, net of VAT, is €

11,037; the approximate value of the total prize pool, including VAT, is €14,150.

NUMBER OF PRIZES OFFERED: the Promoter Company is offering a total of 235 prizes up for grabs

awards.

RECIPIENTS : final consumers, natural persons of legal age (pursuant to the Consumer Code)

Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005 - Art. 3, paragraph 1, letter a). Employees of Sei srl are excluded.

NATURE OF THE PRIZES: the prizes consist of “MABASH” branded products of different

value and typology.

ANALYTIC COMPOSITION AND SINGLE VALUE OF THE PRIZES: the Company is offering

number and type of “MABASH” branded products as follows:

n. 5 (five) Cuty Vanity bags worth €135.00 (one hundred and thirty-five euros) each;

n. 10 (ten) Candy Vanity bags worth €135.00 (one hundred and thirty-five euros) each;

n. 15 (fifteen) Vanilla Vanity worth €135.00 (one hundred and thirty-five euros) each;

n. 10 (ten) The Shiny baby bags worth €135.00 (one hundred and thirty-five euros) each;

n. 10 (ten) Cuti Hobo baby bags worth €140.00 (one hundred and forty euros) each;

n. 10 (ten) Vanilla Hobo baby bags worth €140.00 (one hundred and forty euros) each;

n. 10 (ten) The Tweety puffy baby bags worth €135.00 (one hundred and thirty-five euros) each; n. 10 (ten) The Miami baby bags worth €135.00 (one hundred and thirty-five euros) each;

n. 100 (one hundred) Mabash Logo Keychain worth €15.00 (fifteen euros) each;

n. 25 (twenty-five) fuchsia Microbags worth €40.00 (forty euros) each;

n. 10 (ten) Mirror heart pink worth €25.00 (twenty-five euros) each;

n. 10 (ten) Mirror heart sky blue worth €25.00 (twenty-five euros) each;

n. 10 (ten) Mirror heart yellow worth €25.00 (twenty-five euros) each;

Each winning coupon will entitle you to receive only one prize from those indicated.

Any failure to use or partial use of the prize by the winner will not allow

obtain from the Promoter Company any type of partial or total cash refund, or any

replacement with another prize, even of lesser value.

It is also specified that the prizes are not transferable to third parties in any way.

HOW IT WILL BE CARRIED OUT: between October 15, 2025 and November 15, 2025

2025, all those who make a purchase on the website www.mabash.it will be entitled,

for each purchase, a “scratch and win” coupon that they will find inside the package.

The more purchases made during the contest period, the greater the chances of obtaining

a winning coupon.

PURCHASES VALID FOR PARTICIPATION: every purchase made on the site

www.mabash.it between October 15, 2025, and November 15, 2025.

Orders that are pending, awaiting review, cancelled for any reason or for which

the right to reconsider (right of withdrawal) was exercised on the date of awarding the prize.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE : In order to participate in the “MABASH” competition

LUCKY SCRATCH” each participant will have to purchase a product on the website www.mabash.it in

period from October 15, 2025 to November 15, 2025 ; following the purchase, he will receive a coupon

“SCRATCH AND WIN” which will be included in the package containing the order.

In the event that the participant finds the words "YOU DIDN'T WIN" or similar on the coupon, the

coupon will not be a winner. However, if the participant finds the writing

“CONGRATULATIONS, YOU HAVE WIN” or similar, with the indication of the prize won among those put up for grabs

HOW TO COLLECT THE WINNINGS: The winner must communicate the winnings to the Company by email to shop@mabash.it , together with a photo of the coupon

winner; the Company, having carried out the necessary checks, will send the prize to the address that will be

communicated by the winner.

The Promoter Company is not responsible for the insertion of any addresses, and more generally

DEADLINE FOR DELIVERY OF PRIZES : the deadline for delivery of prizes is the day

December 15, 2025.

written, the same will be available to the Promoting Company. EARLY CLOSURE OF THE PRIZE COMPETITION

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the competition if

unforeseen circumstances arise, beyond its control, which hinder the

conduct of the competition as originally planned or that become unsustainable . Among these
