Shipping and Delivery
RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
The cost for shipping our bags is:
- Italy (including islands): €5.00
- Europe: €14.99
- Switzerland: €20
- United Kingdom: €30.00
- United States (US): €10.00
Once the package has been shipped, the customer can regularly update themselves with the tracking number, provided via email, or via the dedicated page in the "Account" section of this site.
During the month of December, until January 10th, shipments may be delayed: we will do our best, but we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas.
For shipments to the rest of the world, item prices do not include duties and taxes. Customers will pay these individually, allowing them to unlock the package and receive it (clear customs).
*Disadvantaged areas can be particularly challenging for delivery services, often requiring extra time.
