RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
The customer must contact shop@mabash.it by email, where they will be provided with all the necessary instructions for returning the item.
Upon receiving the form, the customer must complete it and respond to the email sent to them again, keeping in mind that the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
For the return to be approved, the product must be intact, with its packaging and with labels and tags attached.
The price of the purchased items will be refunded to the same account from which the customer made the payment within 30 days of the product arriving in the warehouse.
Return handling costs will be deducted from the refund.
Italy - €5
Europe - €10
United Kingdom - €20
Switzerland - €20
United States of America - €20
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the purchase.
Any differences in currency exchange fees cannot be refunded.
For orders placed by card or debit card, refund times may vary depending on the banking system used. For orders placed with PayPal, the refund will be made directly to your account.
