“MABASH TRIP MALDIVES 2026” COMPETITION RULES

TYPE : competition with prizes.
The competition is governed exclusively by these terms of participation. Any
Violation of these terms will result in the immediate exclusion of the participant.

TERRITORIAL SCOPE : the competition is valid for the whole Italian territory and takes place
EXCLUSIVELY through the website www.mabash.it
Please note that all invoicing and contest-related operations—including data collection and drawing—are conducted in Italy. The servers on which purchases and, consequently, participant data will be collected are located abroad; this data is subsequently replicated and transferred to Italy.
It is also specified that the tax document issued is Italian.

PRIZE VALUE : The approximate value of the total prize pool is €8,000 (eight thousand euros), including VAT; the approximate value of each individual prize is €2,000 (two thousand euros), including VAT.

NUMBER OF PRIZES OFFERED : the Promoting Company is offering a total of
four (4) prizes.

RECIPIENTS : End consumers, individuals of legal age (pursuant to the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005 - Art. 3, paragraph 1, letter a). Employees of Sei srl are excluded.

NATURE OF THE SINGLE PRIZE : the prize consists of a full-board stay in the Maldives, plus the flight from Milan Malpensa airport to Male airport, in the period from 5 March to 11 March 2026.
Each winner will be allowed to bring a 25kg checked bag, a 10kg trolley bag, and a backpack or bag.
Each winner will be entitled to a full-board stay in a standard double room and a flight from Milan Malpensa Airport, with a stopover in Abu Dhabi, to the Maldives (Velana Airport - Male).
The prize also includes round-trip transfer by speedboat from Male - Velana airport to the resort (final destination).

Travel from their home to Milan Malpensa Airport, and vice versa, is the responsibility of each winner.
Please note that the winner will be entitled to participate in a group trip with the other winners, along with the Promoter Company's companions.
PLEASE NOTE : To enter the destination country, winners must have a valid passport. Failure to present a passport will disqualify them from winning. Verification of passport validity for entry into the destination country is the winner's responsibility; the Promoter declines all responsibility in this regard.

ANALYTIC COMPOSITION OF THE PRIZE : destination: Maldives.
Outbound flight in economy class departing from Milan Malpensa (Thursday 5 March 2026 at 10:25 am with Ethiad Airways flight) and arriving in Velana, Male, Maldives (Friday 6 March 2026 at 5:05 am), with a stopover in Abu Dhabi – United Arab Emirates.
Round-trip speedboat transfer from Velana Airport - Male to the “Ellaidhoo Maldives by Cinnamon” resort.
Hotel accommodation, full board, from 06 March 2026 to 10 March 2026 at the “Ellaidhoo Maldives by Cinnamon” resort, with a “standard double” room type.
Return flight in economy class departing from Velana, Male, Maldives (Wednesday 11 March at 09:10 with Ethiad Airways) and arriving in Milan Malpensa (same day, Wednesday 11 March, at 18:10), with a stopover in Abu Dhabi – United Arab Emirates.
Medical insurance.
The costs of any excursions will be borne by the Promoting Company.
Anything not specified is excluded.
Any failure to use or partial use of the prize by the winner will not entitle the Promoter to any type of partial or total cash refund or any replacement with another prize, even of lesser value.
It is also specified that the prizes are not transferable to third parties in any way.

HOW IT WILL BE CARRIED OUT : in the period between 25 November 2025 and 10
February 2026, all those who make a purchase on the website www.mabash.it will have the right to participate in the four (4) prize draws which will take place between December 2025 and February 2026 on the dates indicated in the following section “DRAW”.
Each buyer will be entitled to participate in all draws.
Each purchaser may win up to a maximum of one (1) prize.
The prize is personal and non-transferable.

WINNER'S RESPONSIBILITY DURING THE PRIZE TRIP
The Company declares, and the winner accepts, that the winner is solely responsible for the consequences of his or her personal unreasonable or irresponsible behavior, or behavior that goes against ordinary prudence in relation to the actual situation. The Company also declines liability if the winner suffers from any undeclared medical condition that may constitute a risk factor during the entire trip or during particular activities.
The winner, therefore, agrees to disclose to the Company, upon acceptance, any personal circumstances that may prejudice them. It is also specified that any liability for any damage caused to persons or property by the individual winner will rest solely with that individual.

PURCHASES VALID FOR PARTICIPATION : every purchase made on the site
www.mabash.it between November 25, 2025 and February 10, 2026. Orders pending, awaiting review, cancelled for any reason, or for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised at the date of awarding the prize are excluded.
Purchases eligible for entry into individual draws – as indicated in the DRAWING section – are those made by the day before the draw itself (e.g.: purchase made on December 1st entitles entry to all draws; purchase made on January 13th entitles entry to the third and fourth draws; purchase made on January 14th entitles entry to the last draw only).

HOW TO PARTICIPATE : To participate in the “Mabash Trip” competition
Maldives 2026” each participant will have to:
• purchase a product on the website www.mabash.it ;
• Click the FOLLOW button on the mabash_ Instagram page;
• create and post a video of your purchase on your social profile (TikTok and/or
Instagram) by tagging @mabash_ and using the hashtag #mabashtrip2026

DRAWING : for the purpose of drawing the winners, the Promoter Company will prepare the appropriate lists containing all the participants who have made a valid purchase, as indicated in this regulation (section “PURCHASES VALID FOR PARTICIPATION”). Four (4) draws will be held in front of a public official (notary), who will decree the winners. Each draw will decree one winner. For each draw, ten (10) names will be drawn, of which the first is the legitimate winner, the other nine (9) as reserves. If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize for any reason, the right to accept will pass to the first reserve name and so on, until the prize is accepted.
The drawings will be held on the following days:
– December 2, 2025;
– December 17, 2025;
– January 14, 2026;
– February 11, 2026.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNING : within five (5) days of the drawing the Company
The Promoter will communicate the win to the selected winner, who will have five (5) days to accept the prize.
The winner will be notified via email and telephone.
Acceptance must be sent by email to shop@mabash.it, along with a copy of a valid passport. If the Promoter Company receives no telephone communication or the requested documentation within five (5) days of notification of the win, the winner will lose the right to accept the prize, and the prize will be passed on to the next winners drawn in the order in which they were drawn.
Acceptance of the prize presupposes full and unconditional acceptance of these competition conditions.
The Promoter declines all responsibility for any malfunctions of the drawn participants' email addresses, whether incoming or outgoing, or for failure to respond to telephone contact attempts.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incomplete or inaccurate contact information or email addresses entered. Therefore, it is the participant's sole responsibility to ensure they are entered correctly.
Please note that the Promoter Company has no obligation to further search for the contact details of the selected individual, beyond those indicated by the latter.
The winners hereby consent to the publication of their name and images, including those relating to their stay, for promotional purposes, on the communication channels of the Promoter Company, including the website www.mabash.it

PRIZE DELIVERY DEADLINE : The prize delivery deadline is March 5, 2026, the departure date.

COMMUNICATION OF THE INITIATIVE AND AVAILABILITY OF REGULATIONS : the
The prize competition will be advertised through the Promoter's social media channels and the website www.mabash.it. The advertising message will be consistent with these rules.
The rules will be available on the website www.mabash.it for the entire duration of the competition, and can be requested by email at shop@mabash.it
Any changes that may be made to the Regulations during the course of the event (in compliance with the rights acquired by the participants) will be communicated in advance to the participants using the same communication methods used for these Regulations.

ONLUS DEVOLUTION : If prizes are not requested or awarded, the same
The proceeds will be donated to the Andrea Tudisco Odv Onlus Association, based in Rome at Via degli Aldobrandeschi 3 - Fiscal Code 96346950585. If the winner refuses the prize in writing, it will be returned to the Promoter.

EARLY CLOSURE OF THE PRIZE COMPETITION
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond its control that prevent the competition from running as originally planned or become unsustainable. These circumstances include, in particular, but are not limited to, unauthorized third-party intervention, hardware or software problems beyond the organizer's control, as well as violations of rights directly related to the competition, in particular:
manipulation of the operation of the Contest.
The Promoter also reserves the right to cancel the competition for just cause, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 1990 of the Italian Civil Code.

DATA PROCESSING
Participants' data will be processed solely and exclusively for the purposes of this competition, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

TAXATION
The Promoter declares that it will pay the tax withheld at source and waives the right of recourse against the winner pursuant to art. 30 of Presidential Decree no. 600 of 29/09/73.
