Your order will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.

During the month of December, until January 10th, shipments may be delayed: we will do our best, but we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas.

Once the package has been shipped, the customer can regularly update themselves with the tracking number, provided via email, or via the dedicated page in the "Account" section of this site.

For shipments to the rest of the world, item prices are exclusive of duties and taxes. Customers will pay for them individually, thus being able to unlock the package and receive it (clear customs).

The right of return can be exercised within 14 days of receiving the product. The customer must contact shop@mabash.it by email, where they will be provided with all the necessary instructions for proceeding with the return. Upon receiving the form, the customer must complete it and respond to the email sent to them, keeping in mind that the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For the return to be approved, the product must be intact, with its packaging, labels, and tags still attached.
